Refund policy

Digital products (eBooks and e-courses)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final. If a file won't download or open, or you were charged twice, email workshops@readylightmedia.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you.

1-on-1 and virtual workshops

Workshop purchases can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, as long as the workshop hasn't taken place. After you've scheduled a date, you can reschedule once with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice, and no-shows, are not refundable, because a model and studio time are booked for you.

If we ever need to cancel your workshop, you'll get the choice of a new date or a full refund.

Terms of sale and use

NEXT LEVEL Workshops is operated by Readylight Media, LLC, based in Franklin, Tennessee. By purchasing from or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Personal license. eBooks, videos, and courses are licensed for your own personal learning. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute them, or share your download link.
Your images. Photos you create during a workshop are yours to use in your portfolio. Model release terms are covered at the workshop.
Content. All text, photos, and videos on this site are owned by Readylight Media, LLC unless noted, and may not be reused without permission.
Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and may change. You pay the price shown at checkout.
Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Liability. Education is provided as-is. Readylight Media, LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or workshops, to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Privacy policy

What we collect. When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details to process the order and send your receipt. When you email us, we receive whatever you include.
How we use it. Only to deliver your purchase, schedule workshops, answer your questions, and send occasional updates if you've asked for them. We never sell or rent your information.
Third parties. Payments are handled by Stripe and workshop bookings by Bloom. Embedded YouTube videos load from YouTube only when you press play. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
Cookies. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices. To see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, email workshops@readylightmedia.com.
